The AC Hotel by Marriott, a 123-room property set to rise along Second Avenue SW, will anchor the expanding Kingston Yard development. The five-story hotel will include a rooftop-style bar, flexible meeting space, a fitness center and modern guest accommodations, and is expected to open in late 2026.
